Wow...really like the handling of the feathers and subtle shading...and great work on the pose/feet posturing...it's often the subtle detail work that is hard to get right and makes things feel 'off' without immediately knowing why when not done well...
and thanks by the way for the solid comment on the Squidward post...I keep trying to open up these student's eyes and the more I can get people in the field to talk about their experience the more 'ammo' I have...
