High school work: Arrow thingy

I really don't remember the assignment behind this piece...

????

A piece done in high school. NO idea what it is, but it has the typical light bulb with arrow on top; eyes peeking through a hole in the wall; and New York city which I always drew. What I was thinking? No clue.
